Zündapp was a major German motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1917 in Nuremberg by Fritz Neumeyer, together with the Friedrich Krupp AG along with the machine tool manufacturer Thiel beneath name "Zünder- und Apparatebau Grams. m. b.
